As time went on and my health deteriorated, I became more stressed at work; I would suffer from “burn outs” where I would end up with no energy and feeling like a really old woman.  I couldn´t even turn my head without my back hurting. I was in a right state.

I was recommended Marbella Chiropractic by a friend as I had been suffering with lower back pain and sciatica for over 15 years. I had already tried physiotherapy and manual medicine with very little success and my doctor advised having a back operation. I decided to visit Mark Lane and give chiropractic a try since nothing else had worked.

Ever since I had a bad quad bike accident I was having excruciating pain in my neck and back. I then had my beautiful baby girl and as a consequence of feeding her I now have many problems with my back. A friend of mine who lives nearby recommended that I should visit Marbella Chiropractic.

I knew after a couple of visits that the whole thing was going to be a long process. I stuck with it as I was feeling so much better. My sleeping had improved along with other things such as my posture I wasn´t slouching forward anymore. When I had my first visit my baby daughter of 1 month old also started having adjustments as she was suffering with bad colic as babies do and bad constipation. After the first adjustment I noticed her sleeping got better and less colic. Also her digestive system seemed to regulate.

After only the first month of care I was feeling more energetic and much more flexible. I did have a few bad days, but now everyday is a good day. I suffer from much fewer headaches and can sit and stand without any problem. I have also noticed my long term sinus problem has improved a lot and my memory feels sharper since beginning chiropractic.
