What should I expect on my first visit?

The first couple of visits to our office are likely to be illuminating, empowering and exciting.
Many of our patients feel that they have learned something amazing about themselves following a chiropractic spinal
evaluation.
Following a thorough examination and a review of your health history, Dr Errington will advise whether you need chiropractic treatment. If the
examination and/or xray report of findings reveal malfunctioning areas of the spine, chiropractic adjustments will be recommended to help correct
this condition. You will then be presented a specific care programme which will include spinal adjustments, specific focussed exercises and advice
on stretching and ergonomics.
Is Chiropractic care safe?

Chiropractors meet stringent licensing requirements, follow a strict code of ethics and are approved
by government agencies.
Chiropractic is safe. Safer than back surgery, muscle relaxants, aspirin and ibuprofen.
Even newborns and children can receive chiropractic care.
Chiropractic is a conservative, drug-free approach to better health that has helped millions of people since 1895.
What does it take to be a Chiropractor?
A Doctor of Chiropractic is extremely well educated. Chiroractors need to study anatomy,
physiology, neurology, biomechanics, xrays, spinal adjusting techniques and other related subjects.
Graduating with a degree, each student must then pass demanding National Board Examinations.
A chiropractic education never ends. Chiropractic Doctors have to attend various seminars and keep up to date with
latest scientific research to ensure they stay registered with their Association.
Dr Tim Errington carried out 2 years pre-med and then 5 years of dedicated chiropractic training. He was fortunate
to graduate with honors from Life West Chiropractic College in San Francisco, California - one of the finest Chiropractic
institutions in the world.
He is also a member of the Spanish Chiropractic Association.
